Easy Progression was founded by Pippa and Erica, both with extensive experience working within the UK property industry (including owning and running an independent agency!), and a shared understanding of the pressure that sales progression places on busy estate agencies. After years of seeing progression squeezed in around valuations, negotiations and day-to-day agency life, often leading to missed updates, stalled chains and unnecessary stress, we set out to create a better alternative.
Easy Progression exists to give sales progression clear ownership, consistency and accountability, so it is no longer a constant distraction or source of anxiety for agents and their teams. We work with independent agencies who are ready to properly hand over the process, trust it to be managed professionally, and create a calmer, more scalable way of running their business.
